The Clarity ProcessSM has perfected the art of listening to assist clients in noticing their thoughts and feelings. A person’s clarity and enthusiasm naturally return when past hurts are realized, communicated, and released. In addition to utilizing The Clarity ProcessSM in my coaching practices with individuals and families, I also teach this art of listening. We all need to tell our stories, have a safe container to share, and access our painful feelings or joyful triumphs with the support of trained listeners who know how to be present and support the natural healing process with great care. Once clarity returns, individuals can more easily achieve their life goals. People are listened to with appreciation, awareness, interest, delight, encouragement, compassion, and non-judgmental attention.

Dr. Harwood offers Life Coaching on a variety of topics and is a Ramsey Preferred Coach through Dave Ramsey's Financial Master Coaching program. Coaching differs from therapy in that it is future-oriented and designed to help clients elevate performance goals in a specific area. As a graduate of Clini-Coach, Transformational Coaching Academy, and\ The Life Coach School, Dr. Harwood is trained in many different coaching modalities.
